  • For international shipping:
    • Europe and Canada: 3 to 7 business days.
    • Rest of the world: 7 to 20 business days.
  • Remember that production times are 2 to 3 business days.

What do I do if my product arrives damaged or defective?

  • If your product arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via contac here Include clear photos of the damaged product and your order number. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Do you accept returns of personalized products?
